The only thing I’ve never liked about changing poopy diapers is not so much the mess, but the smell, the odour of faeces. While diaper changes are definitely necessary, it’s never been something I would willingly want to do. I’ve change my own diapers, and it can get smelly. Good luck getting me to change other people’s diapers. No thanks.

For those wearing adult diapers having problems holding them up when wet or full I recommend wearing the super soft (ace bandage type material) Holdup under-garment suspender that attaches to the diaper with just 2 side clips. Worn under your shirt or blouse these will not irratate your skin and take seconds to release when changing.

I’m 37 yrs old, and I’m incontinent, and naturally need to wear diapers. Although I prefer wetting accidents, when I wear diapers, whether it’s disposable or cloth diapers, I’ve had my share of messy accidents.

Peter,that was a good article(thanks)cannot believe some would mess themselves on purpose…but ive seen the sites,people of all types,a few bad apples in every bunch….anyways I have visiting nurses seeing me now,they ask if i need help with bathing,cleaning,diaper changing…to scared to ask for diaper help..my problem is they never stay up,medicare diapers,The only solution ive found was to snap suspenders on them,with toilet paper folded up in the snaps..Im just to chicken to ask a nurse to show me how to put one on correctly,,why dont they make them fit like diapers on babies (without barney}Im single,straight never had any kids and never have changed a diaPER IN MY life…except mine..typical male…

Peter and Adrian, congratulations on your mutual love of diapers and changing. I love diapers too, but more often on other people. As a Dominant Daddy to two very special women I find the intimacy of changing their wet and poopy diapers and monthly menstrual changes very cathartic. No matter how stressfull the day the changer and the changee find tremendous relief (no pun intended) in this very honest exchange of caring. Kelsey loves the erotic tension of having her diapers changed in the back seat of my car. Cara not so much now since the intrusion we experienced this summer. That said, it’s so refreshing to see such a candid sharing of information on such a personal topic. Love the tips and the intelligent comments. I know you’ll attract many followers.

just a few tips for self changing.

I only mess alone when I’m at home. When I change I follow the same routine. Run the shower before you take the diaper off. Have your body right next to the tub so you can step in quick as possible. Last but not least after you’ve untaped try and take as much off as possible with the rear of the diaper or the front. Once you get in the shower the rest is basically self explainitory.

Anyway Thats all I have on that. Personally I have a wife/mommy to change my messy diaps but on the other hand I try not to because I feel bad making her do all that lol. She’s really great though.
